Chantilly Lace Museum

The lace of Chantilly is known all over the world. The lace of black silk, bobins hand made, that today is known as Chantilly, saw its apogee in the time of Napoleón III, his wife the empress Eugenia de Montijo, of Spanish origin, appreciates the black lace.
The city created a municipal lace museum, open to the public in September 2016, which brings together beautiful collection pieces. A small and beautiful museum with magnificent pieces of black and blond Chantilly lace


Opening Hours

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Closed from the 24th to the 31st of January and the 1st. of May.
